CANCELLATION POLICY

Subscription-Based Services:
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the current billing cycle after cancellation.

REFUND POLICY

Project-Based Services:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request, subject to the conditions outlined in the Cancellation Policy.
If a client is not satisfied with the service provided, they must notify us within 10 days of project completion. We will investigate and may, at its discretion, offer a partial or full refund based on the nature of the complaint and the work completed.
Subscription-Based Services:
In cases where the client experiences significant service issues or downtime, We may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund or credit for the affected period.
No refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the current billing cycle after cancellation.
